【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethodcoverstheevaluationoftheenergyandwaterconsumptionofsingle-rack,door-typecommercialdishwashers(hereafterreferredtoasdishwashers).Dishwashersmayhavearemoteorself-containedboosterheater.Thistestmethoddoesnotaddresscleaningorsanitizingperformance.1.2Thistestmethodisapplicabletobothhotwatersanitizingandchemicalsanitizingstationaryrackmachines,whichincludeundercountersinglerackmachines;uprightdoor-typemachines;pot,pan,andutensilmachines;freshwaterrinsemachines;andfill-and-dumpmachines.Dishwashertankheatersareevaluatedseparatelyfromtheboosterheater.1.3Thefollowingproceduresareincludedinthistestmethod:1.3.1ProcedurestoConfirmDishwasherisOperatingProperlyPriortoPerformanceTestingMaximumenergyinputrateofthetankheaters(see).Maximumenergyinputrateoftheboosterheater,ifapplicable(see).Waterconsumptioncalibration(see).Boostertemperaturecalibration,ifapplicable(see).Washtanktemperaturecalibration(see).1.3.2EnergyUsageandCycleRatePerformanceTestsWashingenergytest().Tankheateridleenergyrate(door(s)openanddoor(s)closed)(see).Boosteridleenergyrate,ifprovided(see).1.4Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.TheSIunitsgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
