适用范围
本标准规定了使用变频电源供电的三相异步电动机的绝缘结构规范。由于交流变频器的载波频率最高可达20kHz，大量瞬间脉冲尖峰电压施加在匝间绝缘和对地绝缘上，引起绝缘结构过早损坏，必须对这类电动机的绝缘规范做专业规定。

【摘要】:Thistestmethodisconsideredsatisfactoryforqualitycontroltesting.Iftherearedifferencesofpracticalsignificancebetweenreportedtestresultsfortwolaboratories,comparativetestsshouldbeperformedtodetermineifthereisastatisticalbiasbetweenthem,usingcompetentstatisticalassistance.Asaminimum,usetestsamplesashomogeneousaspossible,drawnfromthematerialfromwhichthedisparatetestresultswereobtained,andrandomlyassignedinequalnumbertoeachlaboratoryfortesting.Thetestresultsfromthetwolaboratoriesshouldbecomparedusingastatisticaltestforunpaireddata,ataprobabilitylevelchosenpriortothetestingseries.Ifabiasisfound,eitheritscausemustbefoundandcorrected,orfutureresultsforthesourcematerialmustbeadjustedinconsiderationoftheknownbias.Thestiffnessoffabricrelatestoitsresistancetobendingwithfurtherprocessinganduse.Itmeasuresthefiberandyarnbendingcapabilities,thecohesionofindividualfibersandyarnsrelativetotheirdisplacementandbindersorfinishesthatholdtheminplace.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofthestiffnessoffabricsbymeasuringtheforcerequiredtopushaspecimenintoaslotofpredeterminedwidthwithametalbladeworkingatapredeterminedcapacity.Note1Forothermethodsfortestingstiffness,refertoTestMethodsD1388,D4032,andD5732.1.2ThistestmethodisapplicabletofabricsofanyfibercontentwhosestiffnessdoesnotexceedthecapacityofthePenetratorBeamapparatus.Specimenscanbetakenfromfabrics,rolls,orendproducts.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretobeconsideredasstandard;thevaluesinch-poundunitsareincludedforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
