【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestheterminalforaservicepurchaseandprotectionsystemfordigitalbroadcasts,calledthe18Cryptsystem.Itisapplicableinallcountriesandregionswithsuitablycompliantbroadcastingandmultimediadistributionsystems.Guidelinesforcompatiblebroadcastservicesaregiveninthisstandard.Theservicepurchaseandprotectionfunctionsoperateinapurebroadcastenvironmentthatmaybecombinedwithabidirectionalinteractivitychannel.Thisstandardisapplicabletothefollowingbroadcastsystems.a)IPdatacastoverDVB-HsystemsIPdatacastoverDVB-Hisanend-to-endbroadcastsystemfordeliveryofanytypeofdigitalcontentandservicesusingIP-basedmechanismsoptimizedfordeviceswithlimitationsoncomputationalresourcesandbattery.AninherentpartoftheIPdatacastsystemisthatitcomprisesaunidirectionalDVBbroadcastpaththatmaybecombinedwithabi-directionalmobile/cellularinteractivitypath.IPdatacastisthusaplatformthatcanbeusedforenablingtheconvergenceofservicesfrombroadcast/mediaandtelecommunicationsdomains(forexample,mobile/cellular).ThisstandardspecifiesservicepurchaseandprotectionforIPdatacastoverDVB-Hsystems(seeTableB.6foranoverviewofreferencestoonesuchsystem).b)DVBT/C/SsystemsDVBT/C/Ssystemsareend-to-endbroadcastsystemsforaudio/videodatathatemployanMPEG2transportstreamanduseterrestrial,cableorsatellitebroadcastnetworks.Thisstandardspecifiesasystemfortheprotectionofthesebroadcastsinapurebroadcastenvironment.Inaddition,thisstandardspecifieshowpurchasing,keymanagementandregistrationmaybecarriedoutoveranoptionalinteractivitychannel.TheprotectiontechnologiesofferedbythisstandardaredesignedtooperatewithinanexistingDVBSimulCryptenvironment(seeTableB.6foranoverviewofreferences).c)MPEG2TS-basedIPsystemsMPEG2TS-basedIPsystemsemploybi-directionalIPnetworksforthe(broadcast)deliveryofMPEG2transportstreams.Thisstandardspecifiesasystemforthepurchaseandprotectionofservicesandcontentdeliveredviathesenetworks.Thisstandardisapplicableto,forexample,DVB-IPIsystems(seeTableB.6foranoverviewofreferences).d)Non-MPEG2TS-basedIPsystemsNon-MPEG2TS-basedIPsystemsemploybi-directionalIPnetworksforthe(broadcast)deliveryofaudio/videoorotherdatausingIPprotocolsinsteadofanMPEG2transportstream.Thisstandardspecifiesasystemforthepurchaseandprotectionofservicesandcontentdeliveredviathesenetworks(seeTableB.6foranoverviewofreferences).
