适用范围
本标准规定了日用管状电热元件的术语和定义、分类、主要技术参数和型号、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则及标志、包装、运输及贮存。
本标准适用于安装在日用电器中、额定电压不超过480V、单管额定功率不超过6000W的元件。
本标准不适用于：专门用于工业用途的元件；在真空或绝对压力超过1MPa环境下工作的元件；在易燃易爆环境下工作的元件。

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardprovidestheprinciplesandrequirementsfortypeIIIenvironmentaldeclarations(EPD)ofbuildingproducts.ThisInternationalStandardcontainsspecificationsandrequirementsfortheEPDofbuildingproducts.WherethisInternationalStandardcontainsmorespecificrequirements,itcomplementsISO14025fortheEPDofbuildingproducts.ThisInternationalStandardprovidesaframeworkforandthebasicrequirementsforproductcategoryrules(PCR)asdefinedinISO14025fortypeIIIenvironmentaldeclarationsofbuildingproducts.TypeIIIenvironmentaldeclarationsforbuildingproducts,asdescribedinthisInternationalStandard,areprimarilyintendedforuseinbusiness-to-businesscommunication,buttheiruseinbusiness-to-consumercommunicationundercertainconditionsisnotprecluded.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotdefinerequirementsfordevelopingtypeIIIenvironmentaldeclarationprogrammes.RequirementsfortypeIIIenvironmentaldeclarationprogrammesarefoundinISO14025.TheworkingenvironmentisnotincludedinthisInternationalStandardbecauseitisnormallyasubjectfornationallegislation.NOTEInthisInternationalStandard,EPDisanabbreviationusedtorepresentboththesingleandpluralfullformdesignationof“environmentalproductdeclaration”,whichisintendedtobesynonymouswiththedesignation“typeIIIenvironmentaldeclaration”.InthepracticeofdevelopingEPD,programmesortheirdeclarationsarereferredtobyvariousnamessuchaseco-leaf,eco-profile,environmentaldeclarationofproduct,environmentalproductdeclaration(EPD),andenvironmentalprofile.
